Frequently Asked Questions.
Everything you need to know before booking your first class.
1. Do I need to own a gun to take a class?
No. For many courses, you can train using equipment and firearms provided during instruction or range time.
You do not need to own a firearm to start with Basics & Safety.
Details on what is provided and what you must bring are sent in your confirmation email.
2. I'm scared of guns. Is this still for me?
Yes. A lot of women who train with Always Fully Loaded, LLC start out scared, anxious, or unsure.
You start with safety, law, and handling in a calm environment. You learn step by step before any live fire. You can ask questions without being judged or rushed.
Fear is normal. The goal is informed control, not bravado.
3. Is this training only for women?
The focus is women and women-owned businesses. Most classes are women-centered and taught in that tone.
Responsible business owners and citizens who respect the process may also be accepted, depending on the class. You'll always know what type of group you're booking into.
4. Do you offer business and staff firearms safety training?
Yes. Always Fully Loaded, LLC offers Business & Staff Firearms Safety Training for workplaces that want clear protocols and basic firearms safety awareness.
Training covers workplace safety around firearms, how to respond if a firearm appears or is mishandled, and legal and safety considerations for having firearms on-site.
Business training is scheduled directly and can be tailored to your environment.
5. Are you certified to teach concealed carry (CCW) courses?
Yes. Instructor Brasai Butler is certified to teach Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) courses and related training required for new CCW applicants, upgrades, renewals, and re-certifications.
You are still responsible for confirming specific state and local requirements that apply to you.
6. Will taking a class guarantee I get a permit?
No. No instructor or school can guarantee that your permit will be approved.
What you get from Always Fully Loaded, LLC is serious, structured training; clear guidance on safety, handling, and law; and documentation and training support where appropriate.
The final decision always belongs to the licensing authority.
7. Where are classes held?
Classes are held at professional classroom and range locations. Classroom locations are used for safety, law, and handling instruction. Live-fire training is done at approved ranges.
Exact addresses, directions, and arrival details are shared in your confirmation email after booking for safety and privacy.
8. What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear closed-toe shoes, comfortable pants or jeans, a shirt that provides reasonable coverage, and minimal dangling jewelry.
Bring a valid photo ID, any paperwork requested in your confirmation email, and prescription glasses or contacts if needed.
If you are bringing your own firearm or equipment, you'll receive specific instructions on how to transport and present it safely.
9. What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. Always Fully Loaded, LLC does not offer refunds.
If you do not attend, arrive very late, or are removed for safety reasons, your payment may be forfeited.
In some situations, you may be allowed to reschedule once, subject to notice and availability.
10. Can I reschedule my class?
Rescheduling may be allowed, but it is not guaranteed. You must contact us within the time window listed in the Refund/Reschedule Policy.
Rescheduling is based on availability and instructor approval. Last-minute changes, no-shows, and late arrivals may lose their spot and payment.
11. What happens if I show up late or not at all?
If you arrive too late to be safely brought up to speed, you may not be allowed to join.
No-shows (not attending and not contacting us) typically receive no refund and no reschedule. It's your responsibility to arrive on time and prepared.
12. Can I be removed from class?
Yes, for safety reasons. You may be removed without refund if you ignore or refuse safety instructions, appear to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing medication, or act in a way that is unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive.
The priority is keeping every student and instructor safe.
13. Is this legal advice?
No. Training at Always Fully Loaded, LLC is educational, not legal advice.
You're taught general principles of firearms safety and legal responsibility. Laws can vary by city, state, and situation.
