Course Policies

Effective June 15, 2026

These Course Policies are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and productive training experience for all participants.

1. Registration Requirements

Course registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed. Participants must provide accurate registration information.

2. Arrival Time

Students should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled course start time. Late arrivals may be denied entry and may be required to reschedule.

3. Required Identification

Participants must present a valid government-issued photo identification when required by the course or training facility.

4. Equipment Requirements

Students are responsible for bringing any required equipment as outlined in the course description. Always Fully Loaded may provide equipment for certain courses at its discretion.

5. Appropriate Attire

Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for classroom and range activities. Closed-toe shoes are required during live-fire training.

6. Attendance and Participation

Students must attend and actively participate in all required portions of the course to receive completion documentation or certificates.

7. Rescheduling Requests

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled course date. Approval is subject to availability and company discretion.

8. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend without notice may forfeit course fees and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

9. Course Cancellations

Always Fully Loaded reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule courses due to weather, facility issues, instructor availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Disruptive, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

11. Safety Compliance

All participants must comply with the Range Safety Rules, instructor directions, and all applicable laws and regulations.

12. Certificate Issuance

Certificates of completion will only be issued to participants who successfully complete all course requirements.

13. Legal Compliance

Participation in a course does not guarantee approval of any permit, license, certification, or application by any government agency.

14. Policy Changes

Always Fully Loaded reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the company website.
