No Refund Policy
Effective June 11, 2026
Always Fully Loaded, LLC is committed to providing high-quality firearms education and training. Due to limited class sizes, instructor scheduling, range reservations, and administrative costs, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.
1. No Refunds
All course registrations, training fees, deposits, merchandise purchases, and service payments are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled course, a request to reschedule may be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled course date.
Rescheduling requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
3. No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will forfeit all payments made and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
4. Course Cancellations by Always Fully Loaded
If Always Fully Loaded cancels a course due to instructor availability, weather conditions, range issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, participants may be offered:
- A transfer to a future course date; or
- A credit toward a future training program.
5. Failure to Meet Legal Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements for course participation. Failure to qualify, provide required documentation, or satisfy legal eligibility requirements does not entitle a participant to a refund.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase made under this policy may result in denial of future services and collection efforts to recover associated fees.
7. Policy Acceptance
By registering for any course, purchasing any service, or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
