Training Liability Waiver & Release of Liability
Effective June 11, 2026
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. In consideration for being permitted to participate in firearms training, range activities, classroom instruction, demonstrations, and related activities conducted by Always Fully Loaded, LLC, I agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that firearms training and shooting activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, permanent disability, and death.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
2. Safety Compliance
I agree to follow all instructions provided by instructors, range officers, and staff. I understand that failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate removal from training without refund.
3. Legal Eligibility
I certify that I am legally permitted to possess, handle, and use firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4. Medical Fitness
I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of safely participating in firearms training activities.
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Always Fully Loaded, LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, training facilities, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from my participation.
6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Always Fully Loaded, LLC from any claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from my actions, negligence, or violation of applicable laws.
7. Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary. I understand I am responsible for any resulting medical costs.
8. Photography and Media Release
Unless prohibited by law or requested in writing, I grant permission for photographs or video recordings taken during training to be used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
9. No Guarantees
I understand that completion of any course does not guarantee issuance of any permit, license, certification, employment opportunity, or legal authorization by any government agency.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Participant Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this document, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. A signed copy will be collected on-site prior to participation.
